The ratio puts your load into the motor's efficient range. Too little makes the motor bigger than it needs to be, too much costs efficiency — we calculate both.

We design our gearboxes ourselves — planetary, spur or a special layout, in plastic or steel. We choose by torque, installation space and volume.

Where it couples

a gearbox is right only for a specific motor and a specific loop: its ratio sizes the motor, its backlash and stiffness shape the control, its materials set the acoustics.

How we deliver it — gearbox design is fully in-house — topology, geometry, materials and tolerances — manufactured through our qualified supplier network to our drawings. This is the mechanical core of the drive, and it stays with us.
